About Great Lakes Audit Services
Great Lakes Audit Services provides a number of services, with contingency fee based retail lease audits as our main offering. We also offer lease language consultation and review, litigation support services, and lease administration outsourcing.
Our focus, first and foremost, is to recover as much of our clients’ money as possible, as quickly and efficiently as possible. To accomplish this, we work diligently and quickly to get audit claims settled for maximum savings. We also understand that we are representing our clients to the Landlord and other parties, and the quality and accuracy of our work directly affects that presentation. It is imperative to us that we represent our clients as not only knowledgeable about their Leases, but also firm and fair in their negotiations.
With over 20 years of experience in both the Landlord and Tenant arenas, our team has insight into all aspects of lease audit and lease administration. We have audited thousands of leases for a number of national retailers, and our industry knowledge is expansive, credible, and well-earned.
In addition to our industry experience, our team consists of business owners who understand the cost of running a business, and will fight for every recoverable dollar to maximize savings.
Meet The Team

KELLY CAMPBELL
Managing Partner
Kelly has spent the last 24 years working in various roles in the commercial real estate industry for Landlords, retail tenants, and in a consulting role. She has extensive and detailed knowledge of lease audit, lease audit project management, and lease administration functions. Kelly, in her current capacity as Managing Partner, provides audit project management and lease audit services for retail clients. Prior to this role, Kelly has worked:
- As a client manager and third party auditor for national retailers
- As an auditor for a national retailer
- As a Lease Accounting Manager for a nationally known REIT
Kelly has comprehensive insight into the CAM reconciliation and audit process due to experience working for both landlords and retail tenants. This experience provides a unique and well-rounded approach to problem solving for her clients.

DEBRA GERBER
Auditor
Debra has vast experience in business operations with a focus on process and continuous improvement. She has worked in the auditing department of one of the largest and most highly respected accounting firms in the U.S and on the asset management team of a privately held financial institution.
Her roles in project management and consultation for companies who are experiencing great change or growth benefit her audit work by demonstrating organization, attention to detail and responsibility while adhering to steadfast compliance practices. GLAS clients benefit from her ability to see the disparate facets of a company’s circumstances and solve for the best outcome for the client.
